"Everything you need you already have. You are complete right now, you are a whole, total person, not an apprentice person on the way to someplace else.
Your completeness must be understood by you and experienced in your thoughts as your own personal reality."- Wayne Dyer
This week, we encourage you to focus on the abundance of you. Remove yourself from the scarcity conversation that says, "I am not enough" and operate in the is-ness of your greatness. Celebrate your God-essence and know that you walk in totality, completeness, resolve and clarity.

“Preparing for Promotion!” LIVE Web Rally
When asked about the conversation of promotion, Gina shares, “I’m learning to live my life being prepared for promotion. That is the perspective I choose to view my life with as change confronts me and the seasons of my life shift so rapidly.
Instead of being stuck, cynical, and stagnate, I have discovered a passion for transformation that supports me in transitioning from one season to another.”
This week I had the pleasant experience of remembering someone whom I love dearly, my grandmother, Nana. I’m often reminded of her influence in my life from smelling the intense grab you from around the corner aroma of one of her Sunday meals that she prepared on Saturday complete with homemade rolls or pound cake (because we were in church all day on Sunday) or the soft kisses that she insisted be planted right on your lips or the way she added care to your life daily.
This week I was reminded what a gift it is to Remember.
Oftentimes, we don’t want to recall certain circumstances or people that have come and gone in our lives due to how they left or how the circumstance played itself out. Whatever, the reasoning is remembering a time that is difficult to forget or forgive is often the first step in getting on with our lives. Many times it is necessary to leave behind those people, places, and predicaments that left you wounded, wondering, and scared. Can I tell you that it is OK! Why? In order to return to love and life we must endure the process that gets us there and process is never pretty. It is oftentimes horrendous and gut-wrenching, but worth it.
Who you are, your ability to bring life, light and healing to those who need it most is dependent upon you remembering, recalling, re-evaluating who you have been destined to be in this world and find that place and operate in excellence when you get there. All of our memories may not be wonderful but they carry the seeds of greatness within them and they all mix together to make us who we are today.
So, do not forget that tragedy, trauma or terror or the terrific circumstance that has shaped you. The moment that you choose to remember and hold that memory for what it is worth in your life the aroma of freedom will grab you and take you around the corner to a destination that would not be reached by forgetting or ignoring.
I often think about how amazing a mother’s love is for her child. From the moment of conception she embraces motherhood with an enormous amount of passion and love for her baby. For the next 9 months a relationship is developed that has the ability to stand through life’s most trying times. Through the agony of birth a seed of joy is planted and with every accomplishment that same seed is watered.
That kind of joy resides in the deepest reservoir of a mother’s soul; it can’t be easily seen but often felt. When she begins to brag about that child making straight A’s you can feel it, when she speaks of their talents and how proud she is you can feel it. There is an overwhelming sense of satisfaction she feels because of that child. When a mother says “You’re my pride and joy”, she means it, because that kind of joy only comes from the inside out! That child came from the fabric of her being and now, that child is the fruit of her labor.
That same kind of joy is what the Father feels when he says we are the apple of His eye and how we were fearfully and wonderfully made and that there is no good thing He would withhold from us. Today, take comfort in knowing that the One who created you looks upon you with joy and delight, even when you may feel that you don’t deserve it.
It is that kind of love that gives us unspeakable joy from the inside out.
Action: Pull out a piece of paper; write a note of gratitude to God. List three essential character features about you that you are grateful exist as a part of your inside being. Now, celebrate you the best way you know how. Today is a new day of awareness, possibility and joy… from the inside – OUT!
According to Webster, the definition of joy is: the emotion evoked by well-being, success, or good fortune or by the prospect of possessing what one desires.
Isn’t that a wonderful statement of hope and empowerment?
I can’t say that I’ve always known the true expression of joy; however, I recently celebrated my 46th birthday and at the stroke of midnight, my wonderful husband gave me 46 kisses on my face for every year of life. My 20 year-old daughter wrote a beautiful tribute to honor me and my entire family was excited to bestow gifts, laughter and the warmth of their presence to specially celebrate my existence on that day.
This day I knew real joy. In reflection, I was overwhelmed because that day represented true success in my life. I am solid in the love that my husband and I share with one another. I have the good fortune of having a family that loves me. God continues to give me the desires of my heart and the blessing of my well being.
As I sat in my bed with tears in my eyes, full to the brim with joy, I experienced the natural, sweet energy and expression of joy.
Action: Clarity is power. If you aren’t clear as to what joy represents for you… here’s your opportunity. Define the meaning of joy in your life and then look for the active side of joy in your relationships, your community and most importantly with how you honor yourself.
